Reeses Chocolate Peanut Butter Chips Cookies
These are one of my boys' all time favourites. So nice and soft, so full of flavour. Every kids' favourite!
Ingredients
(Makes Approx 85 regular sized Cookies, or 54 bigger cookies)
2 Cups Blue Jacket Unbleached All Purpose Flour
3/4 Cups Hershey’s Cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/4 cups butter (284g)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract or essence
1-2/3 cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips ( 10oz pack /283g)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F or 175C. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with a mixer until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beat until incorporated, add vanilla extract, beat well. Gradually add the flour mixture beating well. Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop by rounding dough using two teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes (Do not over-bake cookies; cookies will be soft. They will puff while baking and flatten while cooling.) Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
