Crispy Pork Chop


This dish may not be entirely "healthy", but if you eat in moderation, you shouldn't feel guilty about having this.  I have tried different brands of all purpose seasoned flour, there are two I would recommend:  "Haruma" Kentucky Flour (for those who prefer less salty), and "Hollyfarms" All Purpose Seasoned Flour (for those who likes it a little saltier, and slightly peppery).  These should be available in leading supermarkets in Singapore.

Crispy Pork Chop


Ingredients:
1 Egg
All Purpose Seasoned Flour
4 Pieces of Pork Chops
Breadcrumbs


Method:
1.  Beat the egg.  
2.  Use a meat melot to pound the Pork Chop to tenderize it.
3. Dip the Pork Chop into the beaten egg.4.
4.  Coat the Pork Chop with the all purpose flour.
5.  Coat a second layer with breadcrumbs.  This is add to the crispiness of the pork chop.  Make sure you press the pork chop into the bread crumbs so that it will stick to the pork chop.
6.  Deep fry in very hot oil until golden brown and serve.
