Guacamole

This recipe is simple to do, with a clever mix of a few ingredients, to create a delightful, refreshing, creamy guacamole dip, for chips,  or can be used as a condiment to fajitas, tacos or burritos.  I learnt this recipe online from another site, but made some modifications, to make it my own style.

Here are the ingredients:

2 ripe avocados 🥑(mashed)
1/2 a very large onion ( finely chopped) 🧅 ( red/yellow, does not matter)
1/2 a very large tomato 🍅 chopped roughly,
A few sprigs of chopped cilantro , chopped finely( also called Chinese parsley, but I did not have that yesterday, so I used chinese celery)
Juice of 1/2 a Thai lime
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp salt

The Method is simple.
1, Mash the avocados  🥑 first.
2. Then prepare to chop all the other ingredients.
3, Mix all the ingredients together.
4. Season with the cumin powder, paprika powder, and salt.
5, Finally squeeze the juice of the thai lime and combine.
6. Chill the guacamole in an airtight container or airtight Tupperware until ready to serve.
7. Viola! There you have it!
