Pan-fried Angel Hair Pasta


This is one of my kids' favourite and it is really quick, easy and delicious.  Ingredients for this dish is just a guide, you can add anything you wish to complement the pasta.

Pan-Fried Angel Hair Pasta


Ingredients:
250g Angel Hair Pasta
200g pork tenderloin
50g sliced button mushrooms
6 pieces of crab stick (cut into three per piece)


Seasoning:
2 tbsp Korean Mushroom Soy Sauce (Can substitute other soy sauce)
1 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tsp Potato Starch


Method:
1.  Season the pork with the soy sauce, sesame oil and potato starch.  Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
2.  Prepare a saucepan of water.  Bring to a boil.  Add pasta.
3.  While waiting for pasta to cook, in a separate wok, heat up 1 tablespoon of oil.  Add the mushrooms.  As the mushroom soften, add the seasoned pork.  Stir fry until fragrant.  
4.  Add some water while stir-frying to create some sauce base.
5.  Add the crab-sticks.
6.  By now, pasta should be done.  Transfer the pasta into the wok.  Toss, season with Korean mushroom soy sauce to taste, and serve.
